Remove four screws (105), plate (106), and shim(s) (107) from shift tower (102).g. Remove shift tower lever (108) from shift tower (102).h. Remove two plastic shift tabs (109) and plastic ball end locator (110) from shift tower lever (108).9. Lengthen transmission shift lever.10. Install transmission shift lever.11. Manual 4wd - remove shift rod.12. Lengthen shift rod throw (you may have to perform this step after truck is lifted).13. Install shift rod (you may have to perform this step after truck is lifted).
