Content Inside: Armed Guard Limited Warranty Date of Purchase ______________ If for any reason this product should fail to perform due to defects in material or workmanship, Armed Guard Security (the "Company") will repair or replace the defective component free of charge, at it's election, for a period of two years from the date of original purchase. This warranty is non-transferable, and is extended only to the original purchaser, purchased from an authorized seller. You must register your product with Armed Guard Electronic Security within 90 days of your purchase to obtain warranty coverage. You may register by mail or on the www.armedguard.com website. G-Force Alarm System Exclusions This warranty does not cover batteries, cosmetic damage, or service by anyone other than an Installation & Operating Instructions approved warranty service center. Any failure of this product or part thereof, which in the opinion of the Company has been damaged through alteration, tampering, improper installation, misuse, neglect, accident, or acts of God, is not covered under this warranty. The company does not warrant this product for commercial or industrial use, and does not warrant Ducati Motorcycles that this product cannot be compromised or circumvented. Repair and Replacement If an Armed Guard product is suspected of being defective, it must be submitted freight DUC1 Monster Series prepaid to the Company within the warranty period, together with a dated bill of sale and written specification of defect. The returned product will be inspected. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Limited Warranty, the sole remedy is repair or replacement, at Armed Guard Security's option. A repaired or replacement product will be shipped back, within 30 days, at no charge, and will be warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the remainder of the warranty period. This Limited Warranty does not cover removal, installation, or reinstallation costs. The product should be returned, freight prepaid to the address below. If a unit is found not to be defective, it will be returned to owner. Exclusion of Damages There are no express warranties except as listed above. In no event shall Armed Guard Security be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, consequential damages, incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of time, inconvenience, or other losses) arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use an Armed Guard product. The extent of the company's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement provided above, and in no event shall the company's liability exceed the purchase price paid the purchaser for the product. Armed Guard Security reserves the right to change the design of its products without any obligation to modify any previous product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
